Thats really all you would have to experience about the Jrotc categorise now my problem... desire I said before I am the s-5 and I love the job but recently I created a myspace page for the Jrotc class and was doing come up i thought i was doing a pretty good job but this past week we had a meeting that i was unable to be because my grandmother had surgery and I have been helping her out with everything. But they told measure years s-5 and one of my best friends to act over the job so of course the only thing going through my object is that i ordain be fired from my job. She went immediately to the counselers office and had her advanced spanish cover changed to JROTC. This wasn't available @ my high educate when I had attended. I'd really like to hear some opinions from some adults who undergo had any experience with this course. My brother-in-law says that they brainwash the kids into going into the military but the instructor told us that they don't compel kids to connect any military after college. He said they just back up the kids to be leaders and act responsibility for their own success. So what do you guys think? Amber is my oldest daughter and she has been an A-B student all along. She's not shy but she doesn't feel that she fits into a group at school (eq. Preps/Skaters/etc). She has a few select very close friends but they'll be attending a different school this year. The class only has 7 kids in it. The spanish class had 42 children in her hour. Oh and she'll have to wear a uniform every Wednesday. She said that would probably be the only think she wouldn't compassionate for. She also seems pretty sure of what she wants to do when she graduates. She wants to go to college to be a Crime Scene Investigator._________________Nobody who ever gave his beat regretted it. yeah i bequeath the ROTC when i was in highschool i knew some people in the ROTC and they really dont compel you into anything the kids i knew in that schedule were very confident people none of them were shy and they all seemed to do well in their other classes they all seemed to be well-liked by everyone else in the educate as come up i would say though that it would be good for anyone to take it its easy enough to look back on highschool and want to do things differently if i could there is about 49613 things i would have done differently and joining rotc probably would undergo been one of them. Ok so today I went to the school and visited the instructors to recieve information that we needed to know. gratify read everything. I am aware it is long but it has important information. SLS/SOS Cadets:**gratify ARRIVE AT THE educate AT 0700 AT THE GRAY CAMPUS IN YOUR PT GEAR!!!!** (You ordain be doing your PT test) have in mind TO YOUR CLOTHING LIST. BUT IF YOU LOST IT HERE IS A COPY!__________________________________________________________ 1. Insure proper fit of all clothing items prior to arrival. You will be to undergo enough clothing for the entire week (Sunday-Friday). We will be staying out at Camp Bullis. Also ensure your haircut is fresh and in accordance with AFROTCI 36-2001 and the latest CADET command. No fad haircuts/styles please! 2. SLS candidates ordain need the appropriate SSgt rank for their uniform. SOS will need the appropriate 2nd Lt insignia for their uniform. Flight caps with cadet officer insignia are required for all SLS/SOS cadets. 3. Long sleeve shirt (NO BUTTONS) and trouser/slacks for running the LRC/Obstacle Courese/Rapelling lift. If you have BDU's of your own it is OK to feature those as long as they were not issued by the TX-091st. PT sweats are also acceptable. CTO's: We must always have the same dress to distinct us as CTO's. I do have BDU's and PT gear and am going to carry both and I anticipate do the same. We be to bring the same items excluding the uniform. But we need to bring our ROTC Hats (Baseball cap from SLS) if you dont have it ask an instructor immediately on Sunday just my advice to you. Also carry blue jeans. We be to meet there between 6:30-6:45 to get everything situated with the instructors. ONE LAST THING. I PROMISE. PLEASE communicate ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS AS TO I DO NOT HAVE A LIST OF EVERY CADET ATTENDING AND THEIR CONTACT NUMBER. I ALSO DO NOT undergo A PHONE LIST.
